Co-founder and Technical Director

João Almeida

IRATA Level 3/S-certified professional with international experience in rope access, work at height, façade installation and wind turbine maintenance. His professional background includes roles as a firefighter, rope access technician, supervisor, equipment inspector and trainer in safety, rescue and work-at-height operations. At ALTILIS, he is responsible for the technical coordination of projects, intervention planning, team supervision and the implementation of the highest safety and quality standards.

Rope Access Technician

Eduardo Costa

IRATA Level 1-certified professional with previous experience in mechanics, where he developed technical skills, diagnostic ability and a rigorous approach to carrying out work. At ALTILIS, he works as a rope access technician, supporting work-at-height operations, maintenance, installation and inspection, always in accordance with the company’s safety and quality procedures.

Web Development and IT Support

Duarte Ferraz

Graduate in Computer Engineering from the Polytechnic of Leiria, with knowledge of application development, systems and data integration, databases and web infrastructure. At ALTILIS, he is responsible for the development and maintenance of the website, the technical management of the company’s digital presence and IT support for the team. His work includes implementing simple, secure and maintainable solutions adapted to the company’s operational needs.
